# Overview

Carpe Diem Pension is a self-managed pension fund on PulseChain. Users deposit CDP to get pension shares, which rewards them with a passive income.

Deposits are permanent and the CDP is directly burned from circulation. The rewards come from an inflation of 4.32% a year, divided over the users.

# Features of anonymity

Every blockchain account has a public address, which is a long hexadecimal (0–9, a-f) string. As the name suggests, this address is public and can be analysed by everyone. However, your personal details are not tied to this address. This makes it impossible for a smart contract to know:

* your name
* where you live
* how old you are
* your gender
* your income

Because of this, everyone is treated equally, and no discriminations are made.

* transfer your FULL pension to ANYONE by handing over the secret key tied to your blockchain account
* move to another country without having to worry about your pension
* start your retirement at any desired age
* same payout, even when you’re a woman — generally having a longer life expectancy
* deposit how much you feel comfortable with

# FAQ

<details>

<summary>How much should I invest?</summary>

It is totally up to you to decide how much you invest. A general rule of thumb is that the more you save for your retirement, the quicker you can retire.

We suggest saving at least 10% of your income for your retirement. It would be wise to build other retirement income streams besides Carpe Diem Pension. Our recommendation is to allocate a maximum of 50% of your retirement allocation into Carpe Diem Pension.

This is not financial advice. If you seek financial advice, consider consulting a financial advisor.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How much does Carpe Diem Pension pay out?</summary>

Approximately between 4 and 10% a year in CDP. This amount is newly created and won't affect your pension collateral.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why is the payout so low, and how can I possibly retire from it?</summary>

The payout is mined and creates inflation on CDP. This inflation adds up to 4.32% a year, and is spread across those who deposited CDP into a personal pension.

Carpe Diem Pension can be seen as a hybrid investment and pension. As CDP is freely traded on the market, it could potentially grow in value. This has a direct effect on the value of your pension. Similar products have performed really well, and blockchain technology has been in a stable uptrend for a long time.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Will I get a lower pension income if the price of CDP goes down?</summary>

Yes. However, Carpe Diem Pension is designed with a long-term vision in mind. There are multiple factors that could stimulate a long-term upwards movement. During years of temporary downwards momentum, your monthly deposit buys more CDP. This increases your pension income later.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What can I do if I lose my login details?</summary>

With cryptocurrencies, you decide who you share your details with. Make sure to construct a backup plan and be sure that it is safe and inaccessible to people with bad intents.&#x20;

You could subscribe to the "Ledger Recover" service if you have a Ledger device. This service shards your information and shares it in an encrypted way with multiple companies. To retrieve your information, you would need to prove your identity, just like with a traditional bank.

<mark style="color:yellow;">There are large risks of being scammed or hacked.</mark> We strongly recommend using a hardware device. However, this won't protect everything. Don't share your sensitive information with people you only met on the internet, even if they're pretending to help you. Create multiple addresses for multiple purposes. Every interaction with a website could be malicious. So, create a separate address that you only use to interact with Carpe Diem Pension.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is Carpe Diem Pension officially registered as a pension fund?</summary>

No. Technically speaking, Carpe Diem Pension isn't a pension fund, but rather a product that shares some similarities to a traditional pension fund. Because Carpe Diem Pension works in a totally different way and isn't controlled by a centralized party, it is unlikely that it will ever be registered as a pension fund.&#x20;

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can I transfer my pension capital of another pension fund to Carpe Diem Pension?</summary>

No.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How can I withdraw my pension collateral from Carpe Diem Pension?</summary>

Depositing into Carpe Diem Pension is permanent. There is no way to withdraw and receive your collateral from the system. Be aware that your collateral can be removed from the system if you have been inactive for over 3 years. This still doesn't return your collateral to you. Deposits are burned forever.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is there a roadmap?</summary>

#### Why we will not publish a roadmap:

* Carpe Diem Pension is a functional product that continues to run without the need for a company or "team".
* A roadmap often stimulates people to have expectations, which is something we want to avoid.
* We want to reduce "buy the rumour, sell the news" effects on the market.
* We believe that having no roadmap stimulates community effort, and ultimately makes the whole ecosystem more decentralized.

#### Our announcement strategy:

* Our goal is to keep pre-announcements to an absolute minimum
* Announcements are made for events that have already happened

The above has been our view and strategy since the beginning. We're very happy to see a positive result after the launch of Carpe Diem Pension. The launch wasn't announced anywhere, and thus, there was no "hype" before it. This gave the creators space to breathe and quietly set up everything, and gave the community a very welcoming new year surprise.

# 1. Concept

Carpe Diem Pension is a decentralized and self-managed pension fund that gives users a near-literal passive income in Carpe Diem Pension (CDP). This is achieved by a “Burn & Earn mechanism”: CDP deposits are immediately destroyed from circulation, hereinafter referred to as burning, and reward users with Pension shares. A shared inflation of 4.32% a year can be claimed by all users that have Pension shares.

**Burn forever, earn forever\*.**\
Pension shares are tied to users’ accounts, and can never be converted back for CDP. Therefore, users benefit indefinitely from the rewards if they keep their account active. Users keep their account active by interacting with the system at least once every 1111 days. Shares from inactive accounts can be destroyed by anyone.

Another way to get Pension shares is by participating in the daily auction. Shares are put to auction each day. Users pool up by depositing PLS. At the end of the day, the auctioned shares are divided to those who deposited PLS that day. Participating in the auction is permanent.

A referral program rewards referrers with shares. It is therefore possible to build a pension without having to invest any money, but only some time and effort.

The backbone consists of three smart contracts (simple programs on the blockchain) that operate on [PulseChain](https://pulsechain.com/).<br>

***

*\* Users earn forever if their account remains active.*

# 1.1. Shares

Users are awarded with Pension Shares upon the deposit of CDP. These shares are mere numbers that the program remembers. They cannot be transferred nor traded to other accounts. Users get 1 share for each CDP deposited and burnt, and an additional 0.3 shares are divided between the [referral](/whitepaper/1.-concept/1.6.-referrals) and [auction](/whitepaper/1.-concept/1.4.-auction) programs. An [inflation](/whitepaper/1.-concept/1.3.-inflation-and-deflation) of 4.32% per annum is claimable by shareholders. Rewards from inflation are accumulated over time and can be withdrawn or compounded whenever users desire to. If users haven’t interacted with the system for over 1111 days, their shares can be destroyed by anyone.

<figure><img src="/files/JJFln4iXeCw6cjQaNa35" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

For each CDP burnt, 0.1 shares are reserved for the referral program. If there is no referrer, the shares are sent to the auction program. The auction program gets 0.2-0.3 shares per burnt CDP, depending on the number of referred deposits.

Rewards and inflation are claimable by users that own Pension shares. There are three ways to get a Pension shares:

1. **Deposit CDP**
   * Upon deposit, CDP coins are burnt and converted to pension shares. The number of shares a user gets equals the amount of CDP deposited.
2. **Buy shares from the daily auction**
   * Users can participate in the [daily auction](/whitepaper/1.-concept/1.4.-auction) to have a chance on getting shares for cheaper. The currency of payment is PulseChain’s native coin, PLS.
3. **Refer users who deposit CDP**
   * [Referrers](/whitepaper/1.-concept/1.6.-referrals) get shares on a 1:10 ratio (10%) of deposited CDP by their referees. For example: the referrer receives 1.432 shares for 14.32 CDP burnt by their referee.

# 1.2. Supply types

| Circulating | Historic                                       | Deleted                                                       |
| ----------- | ---------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| *liquid*    | <p><em>burnt</em><br><em>shares / 1.3</em></p> | <p><em>destroyed shares &</em><br><em>directly burnt</em></p> |

## 1.2.1. Circulating supply

The circulating supply contains all CDP that exist on the blockchain.

**The circulating supply can be used to:**

* Display all liquid CDP which can potentially hit markets
* Track deflation or inflation
* Calculate CDP’s market capitalization (not recommended)

Several websites are tracking and comparing market capitalization of many cryptocurrencies. Some of them may subtract coins that have not moved for an x amount of time or are known to be lost or stuck. Locked coins in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications are mostly included in calculations. Carpe Diem Pension works a bit different, as all locked coins are burnt forever and are turned into shares. While other DeFi applications use the term Total Value Locked (TVL) to display all the value that is currently locked in the system, for Carpe Diem Pension it might be more appropriate to introduce a new term: Total Value Burnt (TVB). Carpe Diem suggests websites for measuring market capitalizations to include the TVB in their calculations.

## 1.2.2. Historic supply

The historic supply contains all CDP that has existed in the past and is currently denominated in shares.

To calculate the number of burnt CDP, shares are divided by the dilution factor of 1.3. Thus, the exact formula to calculate the historic supply is:

$$
H = S / 1.3
$$

*Where H = historic supply, S = shares in the system.*

**The combination of circulating and historic supply can be used to:**

* Calculate inflation
* Calculate CDP’s market capitalization with the TVB included

## 1.2.3. Deleted supply

The deleted supply contains all CDP that are directly deleted (burnt) without the creation of shares, and shares divided by 1.3 that are no longer in the system.

The deleted supply is the final layer to make calculations involving the supply.

# 1.3. Inflation and deflation

Deposited CDP can never be claimed back. It is therefore burnt, reducing the circulating supply. An inflation of 4.32% per annum on the circulating plus historic supply is printed daily and claimable by shareholders.

To calculate the inflation rate, the following formula can be used:

$$
ln⁡(0.0432)=0.0422929…
$$

To find the daily inflation rate, we must divide this number by the number of days in a year. As the days at Carpe Diem lasts 20 hours, this would be 438 days.

$$
438 \* 20 / 24=365
$$

The daily inflation rate is:

$$
P\_r=\cfrac{ln⁡(0.0432)}{438}=0.00009655916…
$$

The formula for calculating the daily inflation is:

$$
P=( A+H )\*P\_r
$$

*Where P = daily inflation, A = circulating supply, H = historic supply,*\
*Pr = daily inflation rate.*

The circulating supply deflates when CDP is burnt. However, since the inflation rate also applies to the historic supply, the rate compared to the circulating supply grows when more CDP is burnt and shrinks when shares are destroyed.&#x20;

The inflation rate compared to the historic supply shrinks when more CDP is burnt and grows when shares are destroyed. This relates to the number of rewards for burners and is further explained in [1.5. Rewards](/whitepaper/1.-concept/1.5.-rewards).

## 1.3.1. Destory & burn

If a user hasn’t interacted with the system for over 1111 days, their shares can be destroyed by anyone. The system has an extra function with the sole purpose for renewing the last time of interaction. This could be useful for those who don’t want to use any of the other functions but remain eligible for rewards. When shares of a user are destroyed, their rewards are minted to them. &#x20;

People or systems can use the burn function to directly burn CDP, skipping the creation of shares. This function is mainly for systems, as those are often not able to claim rewards or don’t have intention to gain rewards at the first place. The function can be used by communicating directly with the smart contract or by using a block explorer that displays all the functions. Carpe Diem doesn’t implement this function in its main user interface, as it might lead to confusion.

# 1.4. Auction

The auction program of Carpe Diem Pension adds a vital business model to the system, while in turn giving users the chance to buy shares at a discount. Users participate by depositing PulseChain’s native coin PLS. All PLS deposits are stored and can be send to the revenue address of Carpe Diem at any time and by anyone.

Each time a user deposits or compounds CDP, shares are added to the auction pool. Each day, five percent of the pool is auctioned off.

The auction can be seen as a Pooled Auction:\
All user PLS deposits are added to a pool and at the end of the day, the available shares are equally assigned to participants. More deposits result in fewer shares rewarded per PLS deposited. A deposit is permanent and cannot be refunded in any case. As the end of the day might be important, Carpe Diem Pension’s days last 20 hours. This means that the end of the CDP Day shifts compared to Earth days. Users need to claim their assigned shares from the auction. There is no time limit for this.

<figure><img src="/files/g9kjF1dA4ainp42ugRaZ" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## 1.4.1. DoDailyUpdate

Each day, someone needs to call doDailyUpdate() that:

* Calculates and assigns the auction shares to participants
* Prints and stores the daily inflation

This transaction can only be called once a day (20 hours) and the caller needs to pay network fees for it.

## 1.4.2. Revenue

Deposited PLS for the auction acts as revenue and treasury for Carpe Diem. The PLS is stored inside the system and is sent to an address with the nickname “swiss\_addr” once someone calls withdrawPLS(). Users should have no expectation of this address. Anyone can call this function, but it is subject to network fees, and users cannot expect to benefit from calling this function. This extra layer, compared to automatic distribution, decreases the height of network fees for other functions.

## 1.4.3. Summary

The auction has some features and rules:

* The auction auctions shares
* The sole currency of payment is PLS
* Participation is permanent and PLS deposited cannot be refunded.
* Placing multiple deposits is both possible and allowed.

# 1.5. Rewards

This header discusses the number of rewards from the perspective of the individual user. Please read [1.3. Inflation & deflation](/whitepaper/1.-concept/1.3.-inflation-and-deflation) to get a better understanding of where the rewards are coming from and know what is meant by “historic supply”.

Rewards from inflation are paid solely to shareholders. The rewards percentage yield for all the shares combined decreases when more CDP is deposited.

> ***Example:***
>
> *Let’s say that the circulating plus historic supply is 100 CDP, and 1 CDP is deposited. With an inflation of 4.32%, this means that the annual inflation is 4.32 CDP. However, those 4.32 CDP are paid to the deposited one percent of the circulating plus historic supply. The reward equals 4.32 CDP for each CDP burnt. This translates to an annual percentage yield of 432%.*
>
> *Now let’s say the historic supply is 100 CDP and 50 CDP is burnt. The reward equals 4.32 CDP per 50 CDP burnt. The reward for each CDP burnt = 50 / 4.32 = 0.0864 CDP. In this case, the annual percentage yield is 8.64%.*

The examples above do neither include the shares bonus when compounding rewards nor the dilution of shares.

Users are rewarded with 1 share for each CDP they deposit and burn. However, an additional 0.3 shares are generated. This means that the actual Annual Percentage Yield (APY) could be lower by a factor of up to 1.3. Shares assigned to the auction program are included in the calculation for inflation; but are left out of the calculation for rewards. Because the number of shares assigned to the auction program is variable, the exact dilution factor cannot be calculated ahead of time.

If all CDP is burned, the Annual Percentage Rate varies from 3.32% (when all the generated shares are assigned to users, dilution factor 1.3) and 4.32% (when none of the extra shares are bound to users, but idle in the auction program).   &#x20;

Users are allowed to create their own strategies. Rewards per share decreases if the ratio of CDP burnt compared to the circulating plus historic supply increases. At the same time, CDP becomes scarcer as a whole when it is getting burnt. It is very unlikely that theoretical minimums and maximums are reached in practice. &#x20;

Shares increased via the compounding function yield more rewards for the same amount of CDP due to the share boost, which is further described in [1.7. Compounding](/whitepaper/1.-concept/1.7.-compounding). Including this function in the calculations would get complicated, and the outcomes would be unpredictable in practice. Therefore, this function was not included in the calculations. This means that “in theory”, the maximum rate and yield for a user is higher with this function included.

| 100     | 3.32%       | 4.32%       |

# 1.6. Referrals

Carpe Diem Pension has a referral program that rewards referrers with 0.1 shares for each CDP their referee burns. The referrer address is stored in the smart contract when CDP is burnt by the referee. The system checks for a stored referrer address when a user burns more CDP and no referrer address is filled in. When a referrer address is filled in, it overwrites the referrer address. A stored referrer address can only be changed; thus, the *referred* status cannot be removed once set. The referral shares are added to the daily auction pool when there is no referrer.

Traditional referral programs often reward referrers with a cut whenever their referee purchases something. Carpe Diem Pension rewards referrers with a permanent income. Thus, referrers earn, no matter of whether they are actively getting in new referees or not. Any effort and work put into gaining more referees increases the referrer’s number of shares.

**Technical information:**\
*The “null” address 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 is used to let the smart contract know that no referrer was filled in.*

# 1.7. Compounding

Users have the option to turn part of their unclaimed rewards into shares. This increases their shares participation and thus generate more rewards in the future. An incentive in the form of a 15% shares bonus is given when users use this function. For each unclaimed CDP turned into shares, the user gets 1.15 shares. For each CDP compounded, the referrer gets 0.05 shares and 0.1 is sent to the daily auction pool. When no referrer is set, 0.15 shares per CDP burnt are sent to the auction pool. For each CDP compounded, the system generates a total of 1.3 shares, which is equal to the number of shares generated for normal participation. This ensures that calculations in various functions remain intact.

> *Burners become earners, and earners become burners again*

# 2. (De)centralization

The smart contract itself can be considered decentralized: moderation functions rely on pre-determined conditions and can be called by anyone when these conditions are met.

There are several moderation functions:

| **Function:**  | **destroyShares**                                                                                 |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Effect:** | *remove shares from the targeted address; mints accrued CDP to the targeted address* |

**No single address can change the smart contract’s functionalities, nor can it restrict other addresses in any way.**\
\
Carpe Diem Pension consists of three interconnected smart contracts. To make this possible and efficient, the creator of the smart contracts must set up different parameters after publishing the contracts. When this process is done, ownership is automatically renounced.

Some functions can only be called from certain addresses. These addresses are always one of the three smart contracts in the Carpe Diem Pension system.

# 2.1. Project revenue & treasury

The “swiss\_addr” is an external address where the [PLS revenue](https://docs.carpediempension.com/whitepaper/2.-de-centralization/pages/LIdanvBzwE7JP47D3ZM4#id-1.4.2.-revenue) is sent to. This address has no specific intentions for contributing towards the Carpe Diem ecosystem.

The address is publicly known. Community members can analyse this address if they would like, but they are not guaranteed for getting any answers for questions asked about this address.

# 3. Tokenomics & distribution

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="197"></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Name:</strong></td><td>Carpe Diem Pension</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Ticker:</strong></td><td>CDP</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Decimals:</strong></td><td>18</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Initial supply:</strong></td><td>543 391 647</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Distribution</strong></td><td>100% Airdrop</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Blockchain</strong>:</td><td>PulseChain</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Token standard:</strong></td><td>PRC20</td></tr></tbody></table>

The initial supply is manually distributed by the publisher to those who participated in the sacrifice for a fair and guaranteed pension. During this event, people were awarded with points based on when they made their sacrifice and how much they pledged for it.

Carpe Diem decided to reward 3 CDP per point gathered.\

# 4. Disclaimer

Investing in cryptocurrencies and participating in Carpe Diem smart contracts is both for your own risk. Carpe Diem is not responsible for any losses made, be it due to overdue shares getting destroyed, price movements, or in case of an exploit or hack.

By [auditing](/general/audits) the Carpe Diem smart contracts, Carpe Diem hopes to find weaknesses that can be fixed before the deployment of the smart contract. Audits are usually an extra security measure but are not a security warranty or investment advice, nor do they provide a smart contract code faultlessness guarantee.

The code of the smart contracts is open source and is licenced under the MIT licence.

Please reach out to Carpe Diem when finding a possible exploit. Carpe Diem might consider giving out a bug bounty depending on the bug or exploit found.

# Audits

Technology written for the blockchain is often immutable, which means that no change can be made to the program after it was published. Therefore, it is important to search for potential errors and test for known exploits, before the program is published. There are multiple companies providing independent research on these blockchain programs. This research is concluded in a final report and is called a security audit. Audits are not a guarantee that the product is safe forever, but are a great tool to improve the program's security to the current standards and to ensure that functions work the way that they were intended.

## Smart accounts dedicated for Carpe Diem Pension

This is a technical paper. It is advised to have decent knowledge on the following topics:

* Carpe Diem Pension
* Blockchain technology
* Ethereum smart contracts written in Solidity
* OpenZeppelin’s smart contract libraries

Pension Plus+ consists of ownable smart contracts that let users interact with Carpe Diem Pension in new and more flexible ways. Users deploy their own smart contract, hereinafter called smart account, through a Factory smart contract. It adds another layer on top of the classic Carpe Diem Pension smart contracts on the PulseChain network.

A feature of interacting with Carpe Diem Pension through a smart account is that the owner of this account can be changed.

Everyone can deposit CDP, enter the auction with PLS, and collect auction shares for any Pension Plus+ smart account. In all cases, the owner of the smart account is the beneficiary.

One could consider this extra layer a disadvantage regarding security, as it adds extra complexity. More code, more smart contracts, more things that can potentially break. It is up to the end user to consider their personal situation when choosing for a classic account or for Pension Plus+.

## Example 1: pay in Pension Shares

With Pension Plus+ it is possible to pay or gift others Pension Shares. A great gift that keeps on paying. Furthermore, one can insert their own referral address when gifting Pension Shares (depositing CDP on someone else’s account) and get 10% themselves as well.

If needing to pay someone that accepts to get paid in Pension Shares, it’s also a great way to get a 10% “cashback” in shares that generate a passive income.

### As the beneficiary, why would it be beneficial to accept Pension Shares as a payment?

There could be fiscal benefits for you when getting paid in Pension Shares directly. Because of this, you could provide a discount for your customers as a stimulant. Note that different jurisdictions might have different rules, and that several elements can be interpreted in multiple ways. It is highly recommended to consult with a tax lawyer. Below are several questions along with some facts, to make their work easier.

Are Pension Shares worth anything / do they have monetary value?

* Pension Shares are numbers in a decentralized database used to calculate one’s payment.
* When someone permanently removes CDP from circulation using the deposit function on one side, Pension Shares are created and distributed accordingly on the other side. Please note that there is no financial connection between the two sides.
* It is impossible to tie a pension share to an exact number of CDP or any other asset. For every CDP deposited, a total of 1.3 Pension Shares are created, however, the depositor only receives 1 share. Furthermore, when participating in the Auction program, users can buy Pension Shares with a discount (or premium). &#x20;
* It is not possible to convert Pension Shares back to CDP, nor any other asset.
* Pension Shares are tied to someone’s address and cannot be removed from it (unless being inactive for over 3 years, but someone else can also trigger an address to be active).
* With Pension Plus+, an address can receive Pension Shares unwilfully.

The following questions are interesting if your conclusion is that Pension Shares contain no monetary value.

**What is the flow of CDP when people gift pension shares / is CDP ever in the account?**

* Blockchains consists of blocks. Each block contains transaction data. The balance of all assets on the blockchain is recorded at the end of every block.
* When gifting Pension Shares, the following actions are combined in one single transaction/block:
  * Transfer CDP from the sender to the Pension Plus+ account,
  * Allow the Pension program to burn CDP from the Pension Plus+ account,
  * Burn CDP from the Pension Plus+ account, to receive Pension Shares.
* The account’s CDP balance will never change when measuring per block. The CDP is gone before it was there.
* It is not possible to interfere with transactions initiated by others.

The same is true for PLS being deposited into the Auction by others. It is gone before it was there.

If you conclude that you receive no monetary value, it might prevent you from paying double Income Tax. You can argue that you will in fact pay income tax, but in a delayed manner. When claiming the CDP rewards when you retire, you might be bound to pay income tax on it.

**What happens with the CDP payout when I compound (re-deposit) it?**

* CDP payout is stored in the pension program.
* When claiming CDP payout, you instruct the program to transfer CDP to you.
* When compounding CDP payout, you instruct the program to burn CDP directly from its storage.

## Example 2: suitable employee Pension management

While managing your own pension through the classic Carpe Diem Pension program is relatively easy, it becomes complicated when needing to manage multiple accounts. Pension Plus+ offers an improved way to manage multiple accounts.

One account can create an infinite number of Pension Plus+ accounts. In a company structure, one person can manage the pensions of all employees from a single account. Every employee gets their own Pension Plus+ account, which is governed by the company at first.

When the employee leaves the company, the Pension Plus+ account can be fully transferred to them by transferring the ownership of the specific account.

With Pension Plus+ it becomes easier to outsource the management of your pension.&#x20;

## Example 3: migration to another wallet

Some users want an option to transfer their pension to another wallet at a later stage, which isn’t possible with the classic Carpe Diem Pension system. Here are several reasons why people would want such a feature:

* Not having access to a very secure wallet at first, transferring to a safer environment later.
* Switching to new addresses occasionally for improved security and privacy.
* Moving from a multipurpose address to a dedicated address.
* Building a pension for someone else and transferring it to them, for example your partner or child(ren).
